Before she was known for her artistry in beauty, Monica Morgan wore a badge and served her community as a police officer in New Orleans. That chapter of her life taught her discipline, empathy, and the power of helping others — values she carries into every part of her brand today. Trading in her badge for a blow dryer, Monica found her purpose in beauty: restoring women’s confidence from the inside out.

Now a licensed cosmetologist, esthetician, and permanent makeup artist, Monica combines technical expertise with heart.
